Our consulting practice is organized in four broad categories:

• Adoption— Focuses on communicating the change in strategy to citizens, employees, partners, and suppliers, and developing the executives’ project vision, kick-off events, the change impact from the project, the project progress, and go-live events
• Architecture— Focuses on the changes to technology and information management practices necessary to achieve the goals of the new service strategy
• Applications— Focuses on the portfolio of specific electronic offerings for which there is market demand and business merit.
